During the Christmas season, we are open Monday to Saturday, 10am–6:30pm, and Sunday, 10am–5pm. ### Can I just turn up? Yes, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Just head over and explore the fields at your own pace. Only get in touch ahead if you want to reserve a specific tree or arrange delivery. ### Is there parking on-site? Yes, we have free parking on the farm. There are no marshals, so park considerately and bring wellies because the ground can be muddy. ## Products & services ### What types of trees do you stock? We specialise in Nordmann Firs: 3–4ft potted trees, 5–6ft trees with a wooden block base and freshly cut 5–9ft trees. Ask us about 10ft+ statement trees, delivery and installation. ### Do you deliver and install? Yes, local delivery and setup is available throughout December. Just let us know your preferred delivery time when you get in touch or speak to the team at checkout. ### Do you offer tree stands? Yes, we offer metal stands with no bolts or screws, just a quick stand you can easily set your tree in, complete with a water reservoir. ## Payments & reservations ### What payment methods do you accept? We currently take payment by cash or bank transfer. If you’re reserving ahead of time, we’ll send transfer details once the booking is confirmed. ### How do tree reservations work? Send us your contact details, preferred size, and delivery instructions. We’ll tag the tree and arrange payment by cash or bank transfer on or before delivery. ### Can I amend or cancel a tree reservation? Email us at christmastreesoxford@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your delivery or collection date and we'll rearrange where possible. ## Tree care ### How long will my tree last? With a fresh cut, good hydration, and positioning away from heat sources, your tree should remain lush until early January. ### Do you provide stands and accessories? Yes, we stock heavy-duty reservoir stands and LED lights, plus twine and blankets to help with transport, but we do not carry ribbons or tree skirts. ## Classic questions ### Can I get a 6ft or 9ft Christmas tree from the market? Yes. We stock 3ft to 10ft Nordmann Firs at the markets we attend, and if a particular size is missing on the day we can usually cut one to order; just call 07701027890 or message us ahead of time. ### What Christmas markets do you attend? Look for us at the Great Milton, Great Haseley, and Little Milton Christmas markets where we bring a curated selection of trees and decorations. ### How far should my Christmas tree be from the ceiling? Allow roughly 1.5ft between the top of the tree and your ceiling so there’s room for the stand and any topper, though exact spacing comes down to the look you prefer. ### How far can a real Christmas tree's roots spread? If you’re replanting, give the roots space. Most will spread two to three times wider than the canopy and occasionally up to five times. ### Why choose a traditional Christmas tree over an artificial one? Fresh trees deliver that unmistakable pine scent, avoid plastic waste, and absorb CO2 during their 5–10 year growth. Real trees have been part of family traditions for over 500 years, and we think they should stay that way. ### Do you offer Christmas tree delivery in Oxford? Yes, we offer free local delivery on request, covering Wheatley, Great Milton, Great Haseley, Little Milton, Little Haseley, Tetsworth, and Milton Common when slots allow.
